The room was very small and there was no fan or AC so we roasted all night. It was a struggle.

The location! It’s in a very good place We were very disappointed with our experience. When we arrived, the hotel did not have the room we had booked. Instead, they tried to put us in a much smaller room that was not suitable for our family. It was exhausting to argue with the front desk staff just to receive the room we had reserved and paid for. After a long discussion, they finally resolved the issue, but it caused unnecessary stress and wasted a lot of our time. I hope the hotel improves its reservation management and customer service so other guests don’t have to experience the same situation.

I liked the proximity to St Pancras/Kings Cross train stations. The body wash dispenser was broken. (I just used the shampoo dispenser.) I couldn’t use the bathroom mirror. The bottom of it was above my head. I don’t like when there isn’t room to open a suitcase so you can’t even move around. The mattress needs to be replaced. Worst of all though was the room was hot. They didn’t have any box fans. They need to install lighted ceiling fans and I think that would make the room cool enough.

We stayed here overnight before catching the train to Paris. The room was quite small, with tea making facilities and Wi-Fi available. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good. The room was quite small, and I wouldn't like to stay here more than one night. Storage was limited, especially for suitcases. There was a park opposite that appeared to have homeless people living there.

The heating system must be worked on...

Location and friendly staff. Small room was clean and comfy. No elevator and small multi floor climb with luggage on narrow staircase. Very small rooms.

The room was small, but great! The hotel is incredibly well placed withithin London city.

Shower needed to be unblocked but we reported this

The location was great, the staff were polite and helpful. The accommodation was clean.

Are you kidding about the bathroom!! It was clean thank goodness and the room was okay if you can squeeze in Shared bathroom was a drag, and we were stuffed in our room but really it wasn’t what was pictured in the advertisement

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for Kings Cross and St Pancras stations.
-
Very close to the train station The room is very small, but to be honest we knew it before booking and expected it..
-
The room was very small and the beds were very basic. Bed against a wall makes life a hassle for the one that sleeps on that side. No shelves or hooks in bathroom. Poor drainage in shower.
-
Good location. Room in basement but ok. Received extra milk and coffee Stairs a little tricky.
-
Location No air con. Wanted to change room to twin from double. Refused. Had to pay for an additional room, which turned out to be a twin.
-
Close to Kings Cross station No A/C, tiny bathroom. But that's typical for a cheap London hotel. No lift. Incorrect room given per reservation.

The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. She allowed us to drop our luggage early so we could go tour London and let us use a chafer because we didn’t have the correct adapter. The room was clean and cozy. They provided water/ coffee/ tea and felt private. The location was really close to the train station which was easy for getting around. The bathroom was very tiny.

Location ok, for travelling from Kings Cross or St Pancras. Very run down, the room was awful and not everything worked. I felt dirty as soon as I stepped into the room. What looked to be damp was on the floor and it was just really poorly kept.

It was very small, room shown in picture is quite big. The room was on 4th floor which means so many stairs. There was no dustbin in washroom. There was too much light in the room the curtain was very thin which could not block the sunlight.
