Dirtiest room I've ever stayed...

The location of the hotel near the Earl’s Court station is great. For the price, the room was a nice place to spend a night in London. I left a charger but they hung onto it for me until I passed through the city again which was nice as well. The room could use to be cleaned in hard-to-reach places like the ceilings, and not all of the lightbulbs in the main light of our room worked.

the location is good and staff was very friendly there was black mould in the bathroom, we had some sort of mould in our room as well, i had chewing gum stuck on a wall right next to my bed, the hotel was very dirty in general and we had 2 hairdryers but neither worked

I had a Cockroach in my room and no staff to help after 10 pm. The place is not clean and has too many insects already The receptionist that helped me check-in was good but the hotel is really weird. The location is very good to be honest.

um, pretty much nothing. The location was nice and near the train station but that is simply it. Where do I begin? I had a rat crawl into my bag and poop in it. Not to mention the black mold that was all over the shower that made me contact God knows what kind of lung diseases.

Nothing Everything. The room was awful, to the point we didn't stay! We left within 30 mins. Mould and dirt everywhere.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable, they swapped our rooms so they were closer to the main door due to their mobility issues.

Nothing, although it's close to Earl's Court underground station but it's not in central London so you can't really walk especially the fare is rocket high. If you’re on a very tight budget and have no other options, this place might be barely passable just for one night, but be prepared for some serious inconveniences. First off, the shower is a nightmare. The floor is dented in the wrong direction, so water just pools instead of draining properly, so expect to stand in a puddle. And this pool of water invites some unsolicited guests (some kind of bugs) to the room. I was placed on the basement at the very end of the building, which turned out to be a black hole for connectivity. The WiFi didn’t reach my room, and to make things worse, there was no mobile reception either, so forget about staying connected. To top it off, my room was right next to some kind of heating or utility room, and the constant noise from the motor in the next room made it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. If you’re truly desperate for a cheap place to stay and can tolerate these issues, go for it. Otherwise, spend a little more for somewhere more comfortable.
