I like only the location nothing else The property did not live up to expectations at all. The rooms was poorly maintained. Facilities were lacking, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here, nor would I return. The escelator is very slow

The location was great as we had tickets for a BST concert at Hyde Park and was just around the corner from Harrods with plenty of designer shops surrounding the hotel. Our room had no view and was quite hot as there was a bit of a heat wave but all in all we were out a lot of the time and really only slept there.

Very good location and I felt safe in the area. Rooms were clean and pretty much what we expected. Peter at the reception was very helpful and friendly.
