The property was very luxurious but extremely small bedrooms. You have to be prepared to literally use the room for sleeping only. The location of the hotel is so noisy. We were kept awake almost all night by people leaving venues outside the hotel playing loud music and Cars going very noisily down the small streets. The staff were unable to do anything about it. We live in a city and are used to noise but this was exceptionally bad.

Location, comfy beds, character and peacefulness at night Could do with a bit more clothing hooks or shelves in rooms for storage

Location was great for staying in central London and access to all the touristy stuff. It's a very busy area with lots of people out at night. The room was small, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The smallest room I've ever stayed in (and I've booked cheap hotels in New York and Tokyo, so I know small rooms). It was a struggle to open the door and get in the room with a bag without bumping into the walls. The drinks at the bar were basically glasses full of ice with a bit of liquid inside.

Location to west end. Noisy, given soho location. Small rooms. They did state this so its hardly a surprise.

The hotel itself is in a superb location right in the beating heart of Soho. It is beautifully decorated inside, some lovely design accents and attention to detail. Staff were really lovely and helpful. The room was absolutely minute - like, the width of a double bed. It's a good job I'm a short arse lol. The hotel does state that these are mini rooms, but for the price I did expect somewhere to put my cup of tea by the bed. Also, because the rooms are windowless and painted a dark colour, they felt quite claustrophobic, especially when the light was out and it was pitch darkness. That said, the en suite bathroom was pretty ingenious for the space!

Great location and very good value for money. Rooms small but comfortable as described. Studio room was located on a street that was vibrant and loud until the early hours (to be expected given the location) the windows actually did a great job of keeping the noise to a minimum, you can slightly feel some bass, but didn’t bother us. We had one room in the main building, and one of the studios just a street over (not a problem, as aware it wasn’t in the main building), however the studio was slightly underwhelming. Odd smell of cigarettes coming from the bathroom on day one, and throughout the stay. Large bed, but not the most comfortable, and lacked decent pillows. The only real upside of this room was the extra space to get ready if there’s two of you. No lift for the studios, minor issue though, lots of building similar to this in the area so not a big deal for us.

Location was great, rooms were clean and the staff were very welcoming. Rooms were a bit on the small side, no evening bar for guests and our friends staying in the same size room paid less by cancelling and rebooking closer to the stay date

Excellent location and great service Some rooms can be very small but are perfect for sleeping very well and comfortably! You don’t go to London to spend time at the hotel room!
