Location It was a little small for three adults.

Beautifully clean, very quiet, even though it’s on a very busy street. The staff are lovely, very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, gorgeous bed, crisp linen and fluffy towels. Great shower and lots of little extras, such as water, face pads, cotton buds, tissues etc.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and gave us a guided tour of the facilities. Lovely hotel. Beautiful room with thoughtful little touches added throughout our stay. Fantastic location for the theatre and Chinatown.

The hotel is in a amazing location, close to lots of attractions and eatery's. The room was beautiful and roomy. There was also a good selection of drinks and even fresh fruit. All the staff were lovely and helpful.

Excellent location for the theatres and Chinatown, and just a few minutes walk from the underground. The staff are exceptional, with a special shout out to the lovely girl on reception, Shafaq. We were able to check in an hour early as our room had already been cleaned. We were given a free upgrade to a better room (2 x double beds instead of 2 x twin beds). There was complimentary prosecco and fruit at reception, and Shafaq escorted us to our room. This was a lovely touch which I have only ever experienced before in American hotels. The room was immaculate, with complimentary bottled water, fruit, biscuits, plus the usual tea, coffee etc. There are shower robes, slippers, fluffy soft towels, and lovely shower products. We drank our water, and went out to dinner. By the time we returned the water had already been replaced, and a lovely complimentary gift and card left on the bed. The mini bar is fully stocked and the price list is clear in case you want to use it, and the prices were very reasonable by hotel/London standards. As well as the fantastic reception staff, there are male security/concierge staff on at night, which provides extra reassurance. There is genuinely nothing at all I can fault this amazing hotel on. Will 100% stay here again on my next trip to London. Nothing, it’s actually perfect!

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It has lovely rooms with comfortable beds. The complimentary water, wine and fruit was a lovely touch. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant! We will be back!

We had a front corner room which was a great size by London standards. two queen sized beds with a lovely bathroom and it was spotless. nothing, we will definitely return
