Good location to tube services. Single room far too small. Cloakroom sink in bathroom, why would lone traveller require smaller sink? Had to move room early hours during 2nd night due to intermittent load noise from air conditioning. Moved to double room but woken several times by doors banging. Moved to 3rd room, another single but even smaller. Had to request more coffee/sugar on 2nd day. Not what I expect from 4 star hotel!!

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room was comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. We also really enjoyed the restaurant — the food was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The restaurant staff were fantastic, very welcoming and attentive. One small area for improvement would be the surroundings, as some parts felt a little messy, with unused furniture, swings and various random items around. With a little tidying up, the outdoor areas could be even more charming.

The location is great: quiet street, right at Earl's Court Station, m&s at the street corner + numerous retaurants, the bed was extra comfy, the shower roomy and with excellent water pressure, and major thanks to Mika and the entire team who were super friendly, helpful and accommodating!

The room was small but very comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Earl's Court Station. The breakfast was delicious, always fresh, and offered a generous selection of options. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the entire experience was excellent.

Gorgeous and spacious room with nice high ceilings, clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Can control the temperature of the room too. The decor was lovely and cosy, but modern too. Definitely could do with a smart TV to make the experience that much better! The balcony is also really close to the neighbouring room’s balcony so some kind of divider would be nice since there’s no privacy at all if there’s someone in the room next to you.

Perfect location. Close to tube, ships and restaurants. Shower stall leaked over entire bathroom. Mattress slightly bigger than box spring which meant the edge of the bed was on a slope.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms for a short stay

The location was very convenient The room was small - which I expected- but very badly designed with almost no storage. There was no smart tv (it’s 2026 how do you find a non smart tv?). It was impossible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom and there wasn’t even anywhere to put my toothbrush. The staff were lovely but clearly overwhelmed- why do you insist they make coffee for guests when it’s just a push button machine? Add it to the breakfast counter and let the staff take breakfast orders instead. Overall a hotel with basic style but no substance. If it was 20% cheaper it would be worth it but there are way better options for the price out there.

Everything The TV didn’t have like Netflix, HBO, etc..

I loved the area. So many food and drink options as well as great connection to the train. Also buses are near and of course bikes. The area had everything we could possibly need. The room was a bit small but I had expected that. So I didn't mind that much. The water in the room was a nice touch but sodas cannot be consumed unless refrigerated.
