Location Room and bathroom size, impossible to move. You could hear the water flushing from top floor all the way down. Reception team really need to receive a proper training on customer service. Poor breakfast selection with a very small designated room.

Staff were all very nice and helpful, bedroom cleaned and towels replaced every day. Breakfasts were great. Tube 5mins by walk. Overall it was a very good experience and I would return.

Great location, close to Earls Court tube, everything easily accessible. Nice hotel, but we were sorry we got a room on the lower ground floor/basement. We were not very impressed with the breakfast - small selection. No scrambled eggs, bacon. A bit of a disappointment.

Location location was fantastic. Breakfast slightly disappointed there wasn’t a cooked breakfast but really enjoyed what was Probably the Outlook out of the bedroom window was just another window which needs decorating as well

The property was really close to the underground so it was very easy to visit any location. The room was clean, with great ac system and warm water to bathe with. Staff was really friendly. There is always coffee and fresh water in the lobby. Lastly they kept our luggage after we checked out so we could enjoy our last day. Overall very satisfied with our stay The room was a bit small, but we already knew that from the description

The double bed was up against the wall one side so one of us had to crawl into bed ! We're used to a larger bed that made it more difficult
