Location Only access to my room as a wheelchair user was down a service lift past the bins. Also the 'apartment' was a small room in the basement. The room was OK, but it wasn't like I hadn't contacted them specially in advance to check. Having to go down a service lift, past smelly bins and through a service corridor was hardly a nice experience.

The location was perfect for us. Train station only a short walk but also not too far to walk to places like the palace or Big Ben and it is flat so an easy walk. Close to supermarket and cafes for morning coffee. Room was tiny! And we had a big water pipe running through it that if you were tall would require a lot of bending down. There was some mould forming in the bathroom which wasn’t nice and if you like your towels changed this isn’t the place for you (extra cost to have your room made up, didn’t bother us much but might others). The worst part was the rotten food found in our kettle. I showed the reception desk who rudely told me her would send house keeping to fix it. Well we got our towels changed but the rotten food remained. So back I went to ask again but this time was told again rudely that it’s a public holiday so we can’t help you. There was no need for the attitude from staff, we only asked for a clean kettle and were not disrespectful in the way we treated them! They might like to employ some people who like assisting their guests rather than those who seem to hate their job. It is a shame because the location is great and a tiny room can be made to work but rude staff and dirty rooms, wouldn’t recommend!!!

The prime location and the staff. No air cooling/conditioning, very small size of the 1 bed flat.

Free toiletries and cleaning products Room was very small, always smelt of the toilet due to room having a macerator toilet system. This was extremely loud and operated whenever the taps ran or the shower was in use. Unable to flush the toilet at night without waking my partner up due to the noise. Could hear other rooms with the same system. Not all amenities listed were supplied. Not value for money and misleading

Location We were underground. It smelt damp, we couldn’t leave window open to air out the room because we were under the level of the path and someone could have easily gotten into our room.
-
The hotel is well placed, within walking distance of South Kensington and Chelsea My bedroom was underground without any window. It was very tiny.

It's not fully a 3 star appartement hôtel, we were missing some basic supplies like paper towels, laundry soap, there's no way to call the front desk to ask questions. The service was minimal.

Location, accomodation Always opportunity to improve
-
It was in the basement with a piss pipe going through it.

Cheap, good location, grocery, pharmacy, retail and restaurants near by. Metro 13 minute walk. Shower door broken, door locks a little flimsy, little worn down

Was clean and easily accessible Nothing wrong with the property but had trouble confirming our stay and staff didn’t apologise or tell us much information on this. Also had to wait hours after check in for a room as our booking was not available.

Location Property had received a cancellation for our reservation. Amateurish reception staff seemed unable to cope. Luckily had a room but I had to argue to get them to check us in despite showing proof of bookings.com reservation. Shabby room. Poor plumbing.

The location was absolutely excellent—Chelsea is such a lovely, elegant, and safe neighborhood. There was a market just a minute away where you could find anything you wanted. The Natural History Museum and Science Museum were within about a 15–20 minute walk; the bus station was around 20 minutes on foot. The Houses of Parliament and London Eye area were a bit farther, but easily reachable via metro, bus, or Uber. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and soap were provided in the rooms, but of course your own shampoo is better. There were no slippers. A hairdryer and iron were available, though we never tested them. The room was nice and clean. Although the bed was comfortable, it wasn’t exceptional—an even better mattress would have made it perfect

Location was really good as we were travelling to Hyde Park. We were told at reception that our room should have 2 locks but we only had one and the door was very stiff to unlock. Whenever we used the toilet, sink or shower it made a very loud noise.
