Location and friendly staff Little bit small but u get what u paid. If u’re staying in the higher level it’s very difficult to move with your luggage.

Before you book this! Heads up! NO ELEVATORS, skinny stairs. If you have heavy luggages, medical conditions, or has toddlers with you, I don’t recommend staying at this place. This should be a hostel or for back packers and should be refundable. Great location but not the stay.

The pillow - it seemed clean. There was a strong naphthalene smell in the bathroom, which could also be mould smell. I could see some molding around the frame of the shower cabin. This is a no-no, beyond acceptable. The kettle in the room for boiling water had white stain marks on the transparent numbers bar, it deterred me from using it. Overall, the bathroom strong smell of naphthalene (it seemed like it the best I could tell) was a huge deterrent. I was able to keep my window open for the night in June, and keep the bathroom shut door.

Double beds are just too narrow to comfortably fit two people. So a 5 person room is not all that comfortable unfortunately

Excellent location is number one, good value for money, and friendly staff. The shower stall is too small and the drainage takes time to drain the water. This issue is not important at all in the larger scheme of things.

No lift, very hazardous stairs. No storage for the suitcases after checkout (like advertised), storage area is in the middle of the hallway. No air-conditioner.

Great location, easy check in, clean room, shower was hot in the morning, used one of the little shampoo packs in the morning, slept fine. The place did everything it needed to.

Great welcome and customer service and care. Room was very clean with towels, kettle, tea, coffee etc. Good AC during summer. Excellent location.... less than 5 minutes to Notting Hill Station. A minutes walk from supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Friendly locals. No lift! Stayed on the top floor.... good exercise though!

Very conveniently located. Staff are super friendly and super accommodating. Made us check in early and relocated our room on the ground floor after they found out that we are a family of 4. The receptionist Walid is amazing and is super helpful. Will definitely be coming back here again

Excellent location at central London. Excellent connectivity to all parts of city including super markets and restaurants. The surrounding area is very calm. The staff were cordial and helpful and in spite of no cloak room, they kept the luggage in corridor which can be monitored by CCTV. Too small room and so cramped to keep the things in order. One can't keep soap, shower gel in the shower area as there is no provision. There is no lift and we faced problem in carrying the luggage. There is no cloak room to keep the luggage. There is no breakfast facility.
