The main area was lovely, bur family room terrible. The family room was very old and stunk of smoke and was disgustingly dirty. The carpets were so soiled and the children’s bed was very uncomfortable with blankets filled in the duvet covers instead of duvet themselves. My children did not want to sleep in the bed.

Great location and wonderful clean tidy hotel. Breakfast was great and staff incredibly helpful. The room was warm, being able to reduce the temperature lower than 18° would have been helpful.

Staff was very welcoming and freindly, it was my Birthday on the day i arrived and staff sent cake and a card to the room for me this was such a lovely guesture. Hotel itself was spotless we stayed in newly refurbished room it was very well done out. The Breakfast was one of the best ive had as it had such a wide variety to chose from,the bar area and outside seating was nice to sit and relax in of evening. Location wise it was perfect and with great links to all of london with paddington station only a short 5minute walk.

Such a great location, so close to Paddington Station and to Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. Room was lovely and quiet too, we slept so well after arriving off a long haul flight and checked in at 6.30am. Food was really good here too, lovely breakfast and really tasty dinner :)

It’s located inside a private courtyard so it was really peaceful and you could eat your breakfast outside without any issues Nothing it was a great stay

The property is really nice. Love the location. We had an issue with the carpet in the first room. However, the problem was resolved immediately. We were moved to a different room. The hotel will be excellent after the remodel is completed. I would stay there again. Location, lobby and service.
