Good location, pleasant and helpful flat. comfortable bed and good quality bedding. room was very quiet. the size and layout of the room. Oversized TV perched on the only table/counter space. small bathroom so tight your knees touched the wall when using the toilet (and we are small ladies!). tired furniture

The staff were very kind and helpful. We were there for a month and they did so much to make us feel comfortable. The location is great,; right next to a lot of the best tourist places in London. The breakfast menu is the exact same. Don't get me wrong. It was good. Just that it's fine for a week but for 4 weeks, it was overkill.
