Location amazing, especially it’s a small boutique hotel The gym is very bad. Room service to clean the room is takes too long. I asked them to clean the room from 10am and house keeping came at 3 pm. Happened twice

It’s a great location and we love the staff. The decor is really amenable. It was a bit dark in the hallways towards our “petite double.” But lovely otherwise. Also, why don’t they set aside some outside tables at Hans for The Chelsea Townhouse or 11 Cadogan Gardens guests? We couldn’t get a table at all.

Beautiful property in a great location, where the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing apart from a bit of a surprise with the service charge which is billed at the end of the stay.

Location, nice hotel Customer service before we arrived was poor. Weren’t very accommodating given the occasion (wedding). Tried contacting numerous times but both reservations and reception rarely answered the phone.
