The room was not clean at all. Especially side tables, there was loads of white spots on side tables and was not what I expected for the price I paid. Hygeine was very poor
-
Lounge area is nice, welcoming and friendly team Might be noisy from outside as a hospital is located relatively close to the place and ambulance is coming every 5-10 mins, garbage trucks noises each and every early morning

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in London, meets all my requirements, pleasantly surprised ! I can’t think of anything !

The staff were lovely . The room was great So many things were complimentary. Location was brilliant for Regents Park theatre . The way of summoning lifts took some getting used to.

Location, cleanliness, aesthetics We has to ask for the childrens bed to be set up, it wasnt ready when we got there and we didnt check in until 7pm
-
Good option . I usually stay here when in London . Shower water leaked into bedroom in my first room .

Good location if you get a nice room it is good, but some rooms aren’t as good due to the age of the hotel Table tops hadn’t been cleaned, lots of cup stains from previous guests. Hotel charges an additional “optional” service charge, which is not disclosed when you book. Staff get offended if you refuse.

The executive lounge was nice They did not provide and extra bed as requested and what we paid for. Instead they put a blanket on a sofa. We assumed this was a sofa bed but it doesnt actually become a bed they expected us to use the sofa to sleep on as is. It was very small and uncomfortable. And definitely not what was advertised or what we paid for. Not even a 3 star hotel would do that. Also whenever we asked for something like towels we had to call back 2 times as hours would go by and nothing would be sent up Also the phone in the room wasn't working and we informed reception twice but maintenance never came.

Excellent all round service and quality accommodation. Some music noise at night from adjoining bedroom

The entrance is beautiful The lounge is great And being checked in is a lovely experience The property advertises parking - there isn’t any parking. They have one space outside that you can’t have. They have mould issues Tech issues Drainage problems which caused an awful egg smell. Reception don’t answer the phone Room service don’t answer the phone It’s pretty on the surface…..but when I complained I was offered a downgraded room or some air freshers??? So we left. It was a huge shame as the starting point was so lovely.
-
Fresh and open and Airy Too much traffic of check ins and outs ….. the lobby is non existent..!!! Despite being a large hotel with so many rooms.
