Aside from loosing my reservation for two nights and having to harass them a lot to get a refund. (The refund was short by 8 euro) the accommodation was very nice. Central location. Very clean and super quiet. They lost my booking for two. Ugh ya and I had to stay in terrible hostel (because it was close and I didn’t want to have to travel across the city to find one that was comparable. )

One suggestion - I could have used some napkins or a towl in the kitchen to clean up after I spilled water on the floor. I hate leaving a mess for someone to clean.

No breakfast provided. The room is quite large with a space in the middle for everyone. The staff were nice, but when I asked about if my sheets are clean (because it has hair on it) they said its fine. So they leave it as it is. Its quite expensive for a 10 bedroom dorm without food and is on the basement of the building.

The location is fine The the building was very small. The room was in the basement. The stairs were very narrow. It was difficult to move the luggage. There is no proper closet. The room was a smelly. It was different from the pictures.

Probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. Spacious and clean, light and airy with all the amenities I needed.

The rooms are clean and instructions are clearly mentioned and communicated via message. Location is easily accessible with tube or bus. Many restaurants are available near for food and drinks.

The location was exceptional. Close to the metro, food shops, pubs and its close to the downtown tourist areas. The property was clean very comfortable and quiet. Never received a follow up message for the entrance code. Luckily the cleaning staff was there and they helped me go into the property.

It was a nice bed, nice bathrooms, it felt nice and safe - which some hostels just don’t. It was easy to get to and they send all the information about check in and everything before arriving. It was an overall great experience. If you can’t sleep because of sounds - a hostels is a no go. And this one is close to an Underground location, but for me it was fine. But maybe not for everyone. It sounded like thunder.

Easy to find, basic but clean and good value for money. The check in/out was easy information was sent out was clear and concise. Another full pillow would be nice. And the lights on each individual bed were very bright which did wake me when someone used theirs.

I only stayed for one night but everything went really well. It was clean, quiet, and well located. If I had stayed longer, I would’ve been happy to! Thanks for the warm welcome!

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. The location was great and surpridingly quiet. No lamps near the beds, only one bright ceiling light for the room. Lights in thd bathroom had a motion sensor and went out too quickly. Tiny lockers, not big enough for a laptop.

Clean, enough toilet papers, in the room there are hangers, I thought it was nice! Next to the metro, which is great and felt safe to go inside really quick. The bed is comfortable and we had a sort of bucket to put our personal belongings. Could have a full body mirror in the bathrooms, i think there is one in the room, but when I stayed there, there were always someone sleeping, so I didn’t move much around the room. When I arrived, there were no disposable cutlery and the water in the filter was not filled for the basically the whole weekend.

The Wi-Fi did not work in the room where the beds were located, only in the lounge.

bedding was clean. great selection of different flavor complimentary teas. very clear instructions on how to find the place and self check in. other women in room were very considerate and was able to get some sleep. overall good value for money. practically next door to metro station. massive web in corner near foot end of the top bunk bed, luckily im not scared of spiders. light timer on bathroom could be a little longer, had to finish my shower in the dark. i expected the whole building to be the women only hostel BUT that's just the lower floor, rest of the building is other type of accommodations and does in fact hosts men, just a heads up. no hand soap in toilet near lounge area.my key didn't work and the replacement one didn't either, 3rd one did. luckily there was someone available to help but had reception been out of hours it would have been a real issue. the closeness to station although convenient means you can quite clearly hear the trains moving.
