Location, spaciousness of the room, and friendliness of staff.

Very funky place, loved the decor. Has so much to offer on site- pool, sauna, restaurant, bar… great location with easy access to tube. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Room was really cool, kitchen.and fridge very useful. Nothing really. Everything was great.

Excellent Service with the staff, &, door man - he was absolutely lovely! They left teddies for my kids - which was very thoughful! Prossaco and chocolate for my husband graduation and daugher birthday! - lovely touch! I know your under refurb next month so 3 things i would change: 1. No electrical supply near mirrors so it was difficult to do hair and find a socket - had to do it near the front door using kitchen socket. 2. Too many light switches operaing different lights in different rooms. - keep it simple? 3. Kids to swim at much longer times, we couldn't go because of set times which was 2 hrs slots in a day. (which we missed due to late check in)

The decor , staff , location were great ! Wonderful Felt our room lacked lighting. And coffee maker was fussy to use .

As always, the food from the restaurant/bar was delicious. The location is fabulous!! So close to Gloucester Rd Tube Station and some great museums. I always stay at The Other House and really enjoy it. This time was a little different because I was placed in a Greater Club Flat that was not as nice as previous GCFs. 1) It was on the 1st Floor just above the Owl & Monkey restaurant, and when the DJ was playing until 11pm on Friday night, it was so loud and literally vibrated the floors; 2) it was narrower than other GCFs and had 2 big support columns that took up so much space, it was difficult to even open my suitcases to pack and unpack; 3) for the first time since I have ever stayed there, I could hear another Flat's toilet flushing while water simultaneously gurgled in the kitchen sinks pipes (eek!). I will definitely stay at The Other House again, but always on a Higher Floor with no obstructive columns.

We found it slightly annoying that we couldn't see the tv while in bed. Pool temperature was also slightly too warm.

Beautiful design. The room was perfect. The kitchen fantastic and fully equipped. The facilities: bar, club, hum and pool are top notch. Fake garlands in the entry. Cheapens the place. Keep it classy. Inside everything is in great taste.

The rooms were beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. I always love to have a bathtub, which city hotels usually do not.

This is the perfect place to stay in London. Close to 2 Tube stations, it provides excellent customer service. We were a group of 9 rooms, and check-in was a breeze, the bar staff were very welcoming even when we kind of took over the bar space, and everyone enjoyed having a kitchenette in their rooms. We loved everything about this hotel

This property is in South Kensington and close to many sights we wished to visit. The neighborhood is lovely and very walkable. There is a tube station (Gloucester station) about a block and a half away. Just going out of the hotel the area is lovely and we felt very comfortable walking around. The property itself was beautiful and a very nice difference to all of the cookie cutter hotels. Beautiful vibrant colors. We had a club original which gave us a small sitting area with a sofa, chair and coffee table. There was a stocked kitchenette but we did not use anything there (vacation!) but available as needed. The bedroom was separated by an art feature type of half wall and had a very comfortable bed and 2 closets. The bathroom had the typical amenities. The space was perfectly clean and we enjoyed our time there. We were on the side of the building on the first floor and there is a grade school next door. We could hear the children at recess but it in no way bothered us, in fact, we found it enchanting. The room was very quiet in the evenings. The staff were a joy to work with. Always welcoming and helpful. We ate at the cafe once and the food was very good. There is nothing about this property or our stay that we didn’t like.

I made several bookings to cover a group of people who were meeting up in London to begin a garden tour with me. Even though we had so many reservations, the hotel staff handled us with ease. People at the front desk remembered my name, and, in some instances, were more on top of my reservations than I was. My guests seem to love the hotel as well. Going on, we all met in the bar (unannounced) for drinks and everyone was so accommodating. Best staff I have encountered at any hotel. I have nothing to complain about.

The rooms are well equipped, have AC, and comfortable bed. Kitchen ward provided so can have simple things in the room if preferred Nothing

For a long stay it was ideally located right by Gloucester Road station. The room was enough for two and it was nice having a small kitchen for self prepared snack lunches. The bed and pillows were perfect which made the stay very restful. We would have liked more glasses and plates. some simple things like tin opener and a small frying pan would have made a quick breakfast easy. A explanation of the appliances and the cook top would be helpful. We never really figured out the stove top.

Great location, good value, very predictable. It is like a second home in London Very efficient check-in and out, friendly staff The facilities, rooms, furniture are all getting older and more run down. The equipment and amenities need an update desperately. Coffee machines are ancient and hard to handle, cups do not balance as parts are missing on placeholders. Bathrooms, gym all getting quite long in tooth. Not good

Kids around the pool should be patrolled. Should not be able to use steam and sauna( lots of young kids)
