Everything about our stay was great. The crew, the location, the cute pub/restaurant, the price. We will stay there again for sure.

Nothing It’s dirty, not enough life, room we were given had a broken AC despite specifically booking one. The room vibrates from the underground train, noise from the outside can also be heard from inside the room. The room isn’t as lit or clean as the pictures depicted, felt like false advertising.

Excellent location and friendly staff. No lift so heavy suitcases need assistance that their staff is willing to provide.

Very close to Paddington station. Lovely room with wonderful sheets on bed, great soft pillows, and big fluffy towels. Room had refer full of drinks and snacks available. Large flat screen TV. Hotel rooms above pub but very quiet and comfortable. Loved everything.

Great location! Super close to Paddington station and easy to get around. The decorations are in the hotel are nice, give it a boutique feel. It’s an older building so there are expected problems with things like the air con which stopped functioning for the entire building for a few hours while we were there. However, the staff worked really hard to get it up and running. Kudos to them! In general, the air con unit could also be cleaned a bit more as it was also quite dusty which might contribute to it not running as efficiently.

Location is ideal for catching a train and the service was excellent. The real flowers in the window box outside my room windows put it over the top for me. Perfect little pub stay

Location We didnt know that the hotel is a bar, it was not writing anywhere. No loby, no reception. we couldent sleep well because of the underground noise. Brekfast was served by an unpleasent woman. No elevator and we had to carry our suitcases up.

Great location and view of Paddington station, bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and being above a pub is ideal. Lots of stairs to the room, wasn’t the cleanest as the carpets could do with a clean and towels didn’t seem completely clean and had holes in them.

Close to the station and had a lovely atmosphere. Staff were friendly the room was great, comfy beds - we ate here too and food was really good. Couldn’t seem to adjust the air-con so room was a bit hot and the rumbling trains kept my daughter awake - although not an issue for me
