The location of the hotel is excellent - very pleasant area, right in the center. The room that we've took was very nice - the Junior Suite. The stuff was friendly & helpful.

Brand new renovation of one of my all time favorite London hotels, Blooms. A different vibe but I was very impressed. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was great! There was really nothing I did not like.
