Very pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location. Good breakfast The rooms do not have air conditioning therefore the room was very warm. There is a fan in the room but that just circulates the warm air.

Centrally located The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning and a window that only opened a small way. There was one small fan that was inadequate and did not provide any cool air. There were only two plug sockets and as we needed the small fan on all the time we had to take it in turns to charge phones and watches and were unable to plug the TV! The kettle lead was not long enough to reach the plug socket so we had to balance the kettle on a box to allow us to make a cup of tea - this was very dangerous.

Bed was comfy and shower was nice! Room was very dated. Very hot day and we only had a desk fan to combat the heat in the room. Not great. Was a bit annoyed that had paid for a double room but yet it was booked up. Staff on desk were extremely helpful in finding a resolution so I can't fault them and they were very apologetic, but for the money etc the situation wasn't acceptable. I believe they had pushed two twin beds together to accommodate but it kept coming apart which was annoying.

There was one lovely guy. Smelt nice in the reception and bathrooms. Upon checking into our room (which had no aircon, just a small fan) (also one plug socket to share between two people), a worker had managed to unlock the door claiming the room was unfinished even though we’d been let in. Then at 8:30 in the morning the door is unlocked again without warning which wakes us up to another random worker trying to come in (checkout was 11am and we’d locked our door)! I also overhead a report of cockroaches in the rooms. There was one lovely guy that allowed us to charge our phones and sit in the air conditioned restaurant while we waited for our flight!

Location was good, very close to amenities. Staff were a bit out of their depth at check in arguing amongst themselves. Only one small lift which caused chaos when staff with cleaning equipment tried to use it at the same time as guests with luggage.

The location was brilliant, just 2 mins from Holborn tube station. Hotel felt very safe. Deluxe family room (603) has air con which was brilliant, especially in the heatwave. There wasn’t anything really.

Great location when visiting musicals in West End! It's on walking distance from Shaftesbury Ave., but also good bus connections Nothing!

Near the centre - main railway stations and universities I was first put on the top floor and they had no air conditioner or you couldn't leave windows open so I asked to be moved luckily I did otherwise I would of stayed there I would not of been able to sleep.

Staff were lovely, room size was OK, beds were comfy, breakfast was average. The hotel is looking tired and could do with a refurbishment. No air-con in room.
