I was surprised that they clean and tidy room after one night. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Breakfast included in the price, my kids enjoyed that because it was surprising somehow I missed this when booking. Lights by the beds weren’t working.

Beautiful area and close to bus stop and underground station. Convenient stores just a couple of minutes away. Staff were friendly. Clean bathroom with toiletries. Fresh towels each day. The room was small for 5 guests but we didn’t spend any time in it so basically just for sleeping. The breakfast was quick breakfast snacks such as cereal bars and yoghurts etc not a cooked breakfast but again it was ok. The underground transport can be heard while in the room until around midnight but you kind of get used to it so it didn’t bother us.

Friendly staff and good value for money with clean facilities

Tony's Hotel is a great place to stay. The price is very reasonable for London, and it's conveniently located just a short walk from Paddington Station. Although the room was small, it had its own private toilet and shower and was spotlessly clean. It also included a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The customer service at Tony's Hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good value accommodation in London, and I would happily stay here again. The room was small and very hot. We were in the middle of a heat wave and a fan was provided.

The hotel's greatest advantage is its convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station, making it an excellent base for a short stay in London. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The advertised four-bed room is simply too small to comfortably accommodate four people. The fitted sheets also came loose during the night, and underneath one of them we discovered a blood-stained mattress, which was very concerning. During one night of our stay, water began leaking through the bathroom ceiling light, creating both an inconvenience and a potential safety hazard. Breakfast was mediocre. It consisted of individually wrapped croissants and biscuits, along with small portions of butter and marmalade as well as yoghurt. It was served to be eaten in the room, leaving us to have breakfast while sitting on our beds, as there was no proper dining area.

If you want somewhere to sleep close to Paddington station then this is great. There's no bells and whistles and the breakfast is laughable but for convenience its great. Yes you can hear tube trains but youre down the road from an incredibly busy station so thats hardly surprising. There's isn't air conditioning and London was hot so we were hot, but we cant change the weather. This place served a purpose and was cheap enough for 4 of us to stay in the same room after a concert. The breakfast...or lack of it.

Everything was good overall. Room was nice and clean. However, there was no hot, cooked buffet-style breakfast. Instead, breakfast consisted of packaged items such as a croissant and juice served in a basket. We were expecting a freshly cooked breakfast with warm toast or eggs.
