The location was perfect Smallest room I have ever stayed in and had to pay extra for AC despite there being a heat wave in the UK.

Excellent location just around the corner from Paddington station. Single room was tiny! An oversized / very tall person would really struggle to use the en suite!

The location was great and the staff were really nice If you have a room on the bottom floor, be warned as you can hear the rumbling of the underground and it shakes the whole room. Makes it very hard to sleep. Also the walls are very thin, heard nexts kettle boiling

Excellent location being a very short walk from Paddington station. Room was fine with a 'pod' type shower/toilet. The staff were so friendly and helpful and were more than happy for us to leave our case at the hotel prior to check in and after check out while we went out and about. The only slight issue in our room was the shower head being stuck at an inconvenient angle but we were still able to utilise it.

Higly recommends this hotel - really friendly staff, helpful, and fun to chat with. The oner was great, helpful and gave really good advice. Really great location Paddington stadion just around the corner and bus all around the house. Will definitely come back

The location was excellent, everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Mehdi, Hakeem and Pooja, who were all lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated their kindness and hospitality! The room was a little smaller than we expected, and since it was on the -1 floor, our window was facing a wall, so there wasn’t much natural light or a view. That said, it didn’t negatively affect our stay too much.

The location and staff were great. The room was very clean and perfect for a couple of nights’ stay, although you can still hear the Underground from the second floor. Be prepared for stairs, as there is no lift in the hotel. Also, the bathroom is about the same size as an aeroplane toilet, just with a shower added!

Staff so efficient, very friendly and very helpful. Both staff and owner very considerate and made is feel special and we shared great discussion communication. Room very good. Locked safe storage of suit cases due to arriving early and leaving later. Nothing - all good.

Close to Paddington, it was very convenient, and it was a reasonable price for central London. The guy on reception was very helpful and carried my bag upstairs for me, as there is no lift. No lift, but this is my the end of the world. Air conditioning was extra cost.
