Central location, just off Oxford St. It was clean and fantastic value for a family of 4 in the quadruple room. Having read reviews I had low expectations, I even stopped to buy a towel. The room had everything we needed, I would definitely stay again. Nothing

Great location, clean, modern. Quiet area. Easy self check in, one tiny issue but pressed the buzzer and staff answered immediately. Comfortable bed. Air con was delightful in the 35 degree heat! Everything we needed for our overnight stay. N/a

I contacted Katie about ID, she assured me I could use my colleagues ID to check in. Not so. Also the self check in didnt work, didnt recognise my name or booking number False advertising. It looks high end, its a hostel

They accommodated my preferred room request for my first stay, but not for the second booking. Some staff were difficult to communicate with and not very professional. The bathroom door was noisy, the light didn’t work, and the fan was broken. Fine for a 1–2 night stay.

Location. Clean and simple, nice and comfy for a short overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable. Shower good but cubicle small if you are in the tall or large side. Difficult to get in. Remote intercom during the day. Sorted fairly easily, but no prior instructions to this. One very small towel provided. No bath towel. Smoke seals on fire door to basement were missing and bagged rubbish by rear fire exit.

The bed was comfortable, the shower excellent, and a floor standing air-condioning unit, though noisy, was provided (fortunately I didn't need it much). I had some problems with the self-checking in facility but help came fairly quickly via use of the Ring doorbell above the machine. I expected the room to be small, but it was a little cluttered with cables and some items unplugged. There were two irons, the one attached to the ironing board was broken, it could probably be removed.
