The location is perfect and feels very safe. The staff are helpful, friendly, and polite. Our room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned every day throughout our week-long stay. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again. Nothing

Location. Servicing the room daily. Really small ensuite. Not enough hooks, shower caddies. Only 4 hangers for 2 people. Insufficient tea/coffee making area. There were only 2 tiny soaps and a purple coloured liquid in a pump bottle with no information about its content. The toilet paper was hard. The bathroom extractor is very noisy. A small step between the bedroom and ensuite, annoyingly adept at tripping us up. Insufficient clothing storage, not for 2 people. The room door wouldn't lock when leaving the room without it slamming loudly. The lighting in the room was infuriating.

The place was extremely good, easily accessable from train and bus stations. Staff was really nice and tried to be accommodating. We did stay in the summer so it felt really hot in the room and very stuffy.

Nice neighbourhood, wery quiet and safe aswel easy access to all kind of public transportation. So it was easy to reach a city centre. Room was comfortable, nice beds. No bedbugs. In the room there was complementary instant coffee and tea. No AC only fan. Better then nothing but not miracles.

It proximity to the downtown. Very small size room, service, and access hallways. No air condition and Old and smelly carpet. I reserved this place for three nights . At first I find the room very small and asked the manger for a bigger room. He asked for extra $30 for a bigger unit. My family and I couldn’t tolerate the situation and had to get another hotel for the third night. The manger charged me for three nights and didn’t consider to deduct the last night.

Location. Walking distance to Paddington, even with plenty of luggage. The place is old. Being old is fine, but the door lock works only half of the time. The lift did not work once in a while. The rooms are very very small. The staffs were disinterested. Do not come with any expectation on services. The only good thing is location.
