Checked in pretty late into the evening, but surprisingly got a nice room upgrade from the front desk staff. Lovely view of the water/Queen Mary. The room was spacious and clean. My favorite part of the room had to be the balcony. We had to spend some time enjoying the view before bed. King bed was the cherry on top. Would love to enjoy a staycation here again!!!

Great location clean and beautiful property
-
Too expensive for what they offer. Too many hidden fees and they staff are not very accommodating. Parking is also way too expensive

Had a great stay

The bathroom was gross, black hair and dirt on the floor and someone’s pubes on the toilet seat and mirror was nasty. Sheets were clean. Pool was crowded with drunk people. property has an on site restaurant that’s targeted for adults. No complimentary anything besides shuttle to a cruise port. No shuttle from airport.

Interesting vibe. Great location for amphitheater. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Pool nice! Nice view! So removed. That’s a pro and con. Close to amphitheater but restaurant full, required reservation and nothing else nearby. Thankfully the bar tender took very good care of us!

My room was beautiful The Restaurant we didn’t get any eye contact. I was over looked when I wanted to order breakfast.

Received a lot of bites on our ankles and legs, nit sure from what. Stayed on the bottom floor, but large water bugs came in our room through the opening/gap under the front door, so we placed a towel there. Couch cushions by the fire pit were missing. Food was pricey, minimal and not that good. Not enough EV charges. Vending machines broken. Pre-ordered food for my arrival, that I had to cancel because it didn’t come. Parentless child riding through the property on an electric bike with no oversight for 3 days. Caught child throwing sand and rocks is the firepit late in the evening with no adult around. Just because the property is on the water, that shouldn’t give a license to be mediocre at best. I won’t be coming back. It’s not inexpensive to stay so it should be better.

Place is very nice and room was very clean. Nice view
-
Expedia falsely advertised a water view room. The view was of another building. The hotel is not very clean, and staff was not very friendly. Overall would not recommend booking with or without Expedia
-
The amenities and views from the balcony room were amazing!
-
It was fine. Location has its pluses and minuses. No early check-in. Probably wouldn’t stay again, unless I absolutely had to.
-
Berry clean in the rooms but can clean the outside The views

Overall the hotel is not worth the price. The room was terribly dirty, with our feet and socks, turning black immediately. Bathroom was filthy. The property itself was just OK, the staff was nice but not very helpful. I would not stay here again.

The Maya was a great experience and will be coming back soon
-
The rooms were clean, I didn’t end up going to the balcony because the door seemed stuck. Overall, the stay was amazing and all the staff were very nice! Will 100% come back again!

The property has a great vibe, the rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. We will be back!

Cute hotel, liked the decor, comfy bed Paid for 'ocean view' room and received a room with a sliver of a view. Should have been a discounted 'partial ocean view' room. This view was very different than a full view which was disappointing. Also pillows on beds were very flat and uncomfortable.
