The price seems fair based on the photos and reviews of the place. Location its a positive point of the property. Could have better entrance but its was easy to arrive even for us that was visiting the city for the first time. Our stay at Premiere Classe Bordeaux Est Lormont with my family was a disappointment. We had booked two rooms but they were placed in different parts of the building and on different floors, which was very inconvenient. One room was acceptable, but the other had a very strong, disgusting smell like animal excrement. When we complained, the receptionist was initially reluctant to change the room and only did so after we insisted. In addition, other guests were extremely noisy during the night, making it very difficult to rest, so we would not choose this hotel again for a family stay.

Staff seemed nice Room wasnt clean even going to toilet in the night I had to put my trainers on, room was small but okay but the bathroom was way too small, door wouldnt lock on the inside when I had a child in the room who could easily just open the door and gone outside (set out like a motel) stayed in the same location different hotel the week before and it was so much better and cheaper.

Cheap, the breakfast opened early, convenient as it is located close to the high way Confusing terms for booking and check-in. They thought I had booked two nights. A message I sent to the hotel was replied on after we left… The room was quite scrubby and the breakfast was poor.

The location is good (close to the main highway) and the room met the expectation, given the amount paid. The breakfast was good and the bed comfortable. It also has a secured parking lot, where you can park for free, which is a plus. The cigarette smell in the bedroom. It shouldn't be allowed to smoke inside the room.

Very good price for an overnight stay while travelling through France. The room had a microwave and a small fridge which was great. Front desk lady spoke in fluent English and was amazingly helpful. ?

Nothing It's falling down all the concrete is popping from rusty steel, I'm surprised it's not condemned...

Price Location, out of the way but cheap. The building is in really bad shape all the concrete is deteriorated, could be a health and safety issue.. I won't be staying in that particular hotel again,

The location, staff, clean room - I think Premiere Classe’s are great for the price! We had someone walk into our room on TWO separate occasions during our stay (once at 2:30am and another at 9am. The one at 2:30am was very alarming for us that they had a key that unlocked our door?!? The latter was housekeeping which we still felt odd as check put is not until 11:30!
