Palihotel Melrose

I was charged $15 for minibar snacks. — items I never touched. The minibar is just an open snack basket, not sensor-based, so it should be very obvious whether anything was taken or not. When I called to dispute it, they agreed to refund immediately with no pushback. Hotel is otherwise decent for the price and location. Just don't assume your bill is correct at checkout. Always review your receipt line by line before you drive away.

Welcoming warm atmosphere. Stayed in room 105. Quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Loved the bath tub. Great to have a soak after a hot day. Fresh complimentary pastries and coffee in the morning. Great for a grab and go.. location is excellent.

The location was ideal for shopping on melrose. The cafe was excellent. The access to the parking garage was inconvenient with roll away luggage as it's stairs only.

Good location but other things were not satisfied.

The location was good and staff was pleasant. The parking garage was tight and you had to call to be let in. There was no place to put anything in the hotel. It seemed more concerned with aesthetics than accommodations.

The room was really nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Location Noisy- a lot of street noise. Parking was terrible, restaurant closed early, room was warm, not conditioner in shower

Pleasant

Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude, outside of the manager. Toilet and bathtub in the room were both out of service when we arrived.

Exceptional

Property was fine. Staff was hit and miss with their availability. Biggest miss was lack of bath towels, which I found out after my shower. Tried to convince me there were towels but apparently my own eyes were not deceiving me as I drip dried looking throughout the room for a towel. I guess a bath mat comes in handy. Otherwise the place was fine.

Great spot. Smaller rooms, but all well appointed. Staff were lovely. Breakfast is great at the diner. Great rooftop with pool.

Nice, funky hotel. Interior is a little dated, but they’ve done a fair job of making it “kitschy”. Room was clean and spacious
