Our Innkeeper Annette was so friendly and helpful with local things to do and history of the area. The breakfast was incredible and we loved walking around Old Louisville.

The rooms were fantastic and they were decorated So beautiful me and my boyfriend loved the whole property from the dining room to the main sitting area. The pictures on the wall were so beautiful.

Outstanding renovated interior. All the antique furniture is well chosen and goes together as well as working well in the space. The bed is comfortable and the large windows and fifteen foot ceilings open up the room grandly yet the room has a sense of intimacy. Coffee available 24/7. Short walk to Shakespeare in the Park. The breakfast was delicious but a small portion.

Not a thing.

Very neat old house, felt right at home. Breakfast was to die for! We love sitting around a big table and visiting with other guests. Highly recommended. Not a thing.

Fresh lemon blueberry scones were there for a snack when I arrived near midnight. Wow. When booking, I didn’t think about the lack of elevator at this property. My 68 year old knees did complain a little when climbing the external & interior stairs with my luggage.

Stellar hospitality in a lovely Victorian home!

Prefer bacon crisp. Love sweet potato soup! Place was clean, noticed debris between coffee table and sofa. Vacuum rug thoroughly. Sofa is old but cushions could be refilled to provide better support.

Great place for Derby weekend!

Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.

Bed and breakfast was clean, comfortable, convenient. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were unique and most delicious. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Also very nice to be able to park right in front of the B&B on the street. Met some nice fellow travelers as well.

Our stay was so amazing! We highly recommend and plan on returning in the future. They have such helpful and attentive hosts. This was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast and Annette was so kind and went above and beyond going over what my stay would be like and sending details. Also the breakfast service is amazing, the hashbrown casserole with an indian twist was the best I've ever had and the peach souffle had delicious fresh peaches!

I loved our stay. We stayed four three nights and four days. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to any of our needs throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and there is a park across the street that was perfect for morning/evening walks. The only issue we had with the room was that the shower head did not work well. The shower head was too heavy to keep itself up so it would fall while you are taking a shower and if you found a place where it would stay upright the water would shoot out of the bath and onto the floor. Unless you wanted to hold the shower head for your entire shower, it was difficult to use.
