John the receptionist was awesome. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable Booked all the things we needed to do including pickup and drop offs. Speaks good English too Breakfast was very very limited

Staff were great, John was super accommodating and the laundry service was fantastic! Clean, very large room. Walking distance to everywhere in Luang Prabang. Loved it so much we stayed twice! Nothing. It was great!

The smoke from the burning season put a wet blanket on our overall experience. Not the hotel’s fault, but it did impact our experience.

Good location and walking distance from lots of food and sightseeing. Staff were incredibly helpful. Good breakfast menu. Sheets were not clean. Not the most comfortable bedding.

Fantastic hotel - John was really friendly and helped me with everything and also arranged a bike for me. The breakfast , the cleanliness and the quietness of the hotel are well worth the price. The location is excellent too. Nothing.

I had a wonderful stay at Museum Inn in Luang Prabang. The room was very cosy, clean, and comfortable — it felt like a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main attractions, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection to start the day. What truly made the stay special, though, was the staff. John was incredibly helpful from the very beginning — he assisted me with all my questions, booked my tickets, and handled my schedule changes with kindness and a constant smile. My travel times and tickets changed a few times, and he managed everything smoothly and patiently. I highly recommend Museum Inn for anyone visiting Luang Prabang. The warm hospitality really makes a difference.

We liked the location and it was quiet every night and early morning. Lots of hot water for a shower.

Great location - very walkable to restaurants, the night market, and the river. Room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in in Southeast Asia. Free breakfast was great. But above all, John (the Hotel Manager) was amazing! He gave me recommendations on what to do during my short stay, and even arranged a last minute train ticket when I couldn’t get one elsewhere. Very hospitable! Nothing comes to mind. :)
