The staff are really kind and helpful. The place is clean and they keep cleaning it constantly. Breakfast is just ok, compared to many other hostels not much but it's not bad as well. It's quiet and good for work as well. They don't give towels. They could provide a bit of fruit options and a better coffee for breakfast or add tea maybe and the price of renting a bike is a bit high, other than that honestly it's really no problems.

It wasn't the fault of the hostel, but I booked it because the picture said it has a swimming pool, but they were working on the road and the pool was not really swimmable. That was a little disappointing, but again, not the hostel's fault. I would recommend not using a picture of the pool on booking.com if it's not available. Other than that, this hostel is genuinely great value for money. Very much enjoyed it here. Great location.

The toilets don’t have seats. The beds are falling apart. There is no water in the pool. The hangout space is a picnic table outside.

Great value with yummy&nutritious breakfast included. Good walking distance to night market, Mount Phousi, and major attractions in the city. Only one bathroom for 10 beds, but it actually worked out okay.

Great beds, and good bathrooms (although each one had its own special thing wrong with it). Kevin was a very friendly staff member with good English. Sometimes it took a while to get problems solved, but I think he was often working alone so under a bit of pressure. They also do laundry and rent out motorbikes, we did both those things here and had no problems.

Not what we expected. Room was quite dark however it was a clean space. Kev is great!

Lovely atmosphere. Brilliant stuff. Nice breakfast. Pool, and swimming pool. I loved it. Maybe the washing mashine was a wee but loud. But nothing major really Im cherry-picking here.

Loved the breakfast included and the rooftop communal area with lovely views. Good location as a base to explore Luang Prabang. The pool area could have more deckchairs but it was nice to have a pool area.
