There were a lot of people in town for the back to school, I don’t usually stay at this hotel, but I was really happy with it, everything was clean well maintained, and nice

My mother and I stayed overnight due to a surgical procedure at the hospital. I’ve always liked these types of motels. This one has kept up with the times! It was very cozy, comfortable and clean. Great stay for us! No negatives to report.

Virtual "off shore" clerk could not give me any local information. Claimed that the "general manager" was off property briefly. She claimed housekeeping was 24-hours but I only saw them in the morning, along with general manager who set up breakfast. Modest fare, only hot food as the made-your-own waffle. He was friendly but not able to explain why the owner chose not to have live persons minding the desk. Room was adequate for budget hotel.

Everything was basic for what you pay. Upon arrival, you check in at a kiosk and its hard to hear and understand, but they are nice and polite. Rooms are fine, two beds (sheets had alot of strings and not the most comfortable), a small fridge, microwave (ours did not work- but luckily we didn't need it), a desk with lamp, note pad and pen, BUT the roll chair for the desk was nasty and molded. ( When mentioned to housekeeping- it was half cleaned 🤔, so may want to check ) 2 of each wash clothes, hand towels, and bath towels. Bathroom fine. After roll chair was "cleaned ", we denied housekeeping rest of stay, and we did not go to the complimentary breakfast. Staff was nice enough I guess, What little we saw of them, always they same 3 people only. Not complaining, just stating what my stay was like.
