Location was amazing! AC was working well, shower and bathroom were nice. Housekeeping staff were nice and room was cleaned well I just wish I got the room with a balcony, otherwise it was a 10 :)

Location, clean Everything was good

No elevator for the suitcases

We waited overnight to get flush fixed in toilet. It was leaking constantly.

The property is within walking distance of Plaza el Sol, which has a train station.

Good Location, clean, comfortable Don't have elevator to second and third floor,

The showers have black mold around the edges. I wish there was a mini fridge in the room as well. I wish the beds were more comfortable because it was a bit hard and made a lot of noise every time I moved.

The room was comfortable for 2 people and good location! The check in was in one building and they send you to walk 350mts to another building with your suitcases. Then when you get to the other building IS NOT ELEVATORS TO THE SECOND FLOOR. Such an old building and long stairs.

Location

The room is clean and spacious even for one guest. Hotel Prado is near and around almost to all commercial establishments and historic sights. It’s convenient and an easy walk to many interesting places in Madrid.

Check-in at other place, noise from air conditioners in the atrium

I like the location and it was very clean. Housekeeping comes every day and check on us to see if we need anything. I loved the balcony facing the street side. The only thing i didn’t was to find the location at first. It took us a good 20 minutes to find the location because the keys have to pick up at a different hotel but overall it was worth it

The location is perfect, in the middle of everything The logistics don't work very well. The checkin is done in a separate place so we had to walk all the way to a different address (another hostel) to get the keys for our room. There is no refrigerator in the building or in the room, and we had to walk to a third location (also an hostel/hotel) to put a medicine in the refrigerator there. The staff in the place we brought the little bag with the medicine did not seem to happy about it. This all happened in the evening, with cold rain and two children and bags. The room was average, the bed linens and towels look worn out but seemed clean. The wifi did not work well, we were not able to get a stable connection to use a computer. I think this is a nice place to stay for friends or couples with no bags and no children.

It was also but complete including a desk with socket. A friendly receptionist, quiet and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was complicated and not clear. I had to check in at another property that did not have 24/5 staff.
