The room was stylish and comfortable and the bathroom a generous size. The little balcony and views outside were charming. The gesture of a welcome note and a farewell note placed in the room was a lovely touch. The helpfulness at the front desk was immaculate. Storage space in the room was great. The lighting and fixtures were super. The location was excellent with many things only walking distance away. One wait staff for breakfast seemed a little unfriendly and bothered, unlike all the other staff. The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable.

Very clean, close to Bilbao metro station and only 20/30 minutes walk to the center.

It was clean, modern and spacious, provided lots of mod-cons, all toiletries provided, fresh towels and bed made daily. Great shower. It was in a fantastic location, convenient to get to the old town, with places to eat and have coffee etc. I didn’t have a negative note to say. My only gripe if I had to pick one, would be to have a reduced rate for single occupancy.
