It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was extremely tired and eventually fell asleep. A staff member entered my room without my permission and started shouting that if I didn't leave within five minutes, she would call the police. I was lying in bed, and instead of communicating with me respectfully, she simply walked into my room and yelled at me. I find this behavior completely unacceptable and very disrespectful toward a paying guest. Despite this incident, I stayed there for two more nights only because my friends were staying at the same hotel. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I cannot recommend this place. I would advise anyone considering staying here to choose another hotel where guests are treated with respect.

It was much smaller than we realized in the photos. We ended up leaving on day three. Parking garage was scary getting into and out of the facility.

Great location. Free waters, coffee, and small bottle of wine for guest to take. The bathroom door was a shaded glass and you can see the outline of the person in the bathroom, which was ackward for all of us.

My first time at a hostel. I had a private room. They provided a robe to use the shared bathroom which was immaculate and never occupied. There was a split of wine and free bottled water. I travel a lot and this was one of the best stays ever. It was so cozy that I stayed in (only there 1 night). I had dreaded staying at a hostel but was stuck because of a train cancelation. Thank you for making my otherwise bad day into joy. Can’t think of anything

First of all, the location is great for those who want to stay in the center and walk around the city. There is a lot of restaurants nearby and shops. We booked double bedroom, and private bathroom. It was very comfy and clean, and they also provided us with a coffee, there is a nespresso coffee maker in the room. They were coming every day to clean and leave new coffee pods for us. They also kept our luggage for us the last day, as the check out is around 11 and our flight was late in the night. Really recommend this place, great experience!

Incredible location! Right there in the middle of restaurants, Flamen shows, as well as Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. I chose this Hostal because of its parking facility. It is two blocks from the hostal. Bed was full bed instead of a queen size bed

Everything about this place was great. The room was a bit small for three beds, however, leaving little room to even open a suitcase. Other than that, however, the hostel was really great. Room was a bit small.

It's very rare you get all the towles, a bathrobe, AND slippers at a hostel. The free water was also a nice touch. Check out was easy, but unclear.

Friday and Saturday nights are disasters, noisy music and vibration all night! Room is extremely small!

The location is great and the cleanliness is perfect. They offer complimentary coffee, wine, and snacks (we can't comment on the quality as we didn't try them). A significant part of our two-day stay was spent resolving a problem caused by the hostel. The room did not match its online description. The receptionist rudely stated that the hostel was not responsible for the the photos on Booking.com. She rudely refused to provide us with a different room. We spent the first night in a windowless room after being offered to cancel our booking without being provided another place to stay. The issue was only resolved after we contacted Booking.com's customer service. As a result, we spent the second night in a satisfactory room. I cannot recommend staying there unless you have the time and courage to contact Booking.com or to deal with impolite staff at the reception.

No desk or work area

They fit some nice modern amenities into a small room. There was even a coffee maker and some snacks. We could have used a small table/desk and a chair for when we brought food to the room. No big deal though.
