Cannot beat the location! Centrally located with easy Metro access. Multiple bars and restaurants immediately nearby. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! Room was a bit small after you have luggage but also normal for major city accommodations

Near city center, everything was near us, good clean room, helpfull staff To be honest the room isnt sound proof, when people talked in the hall it felt like they were in the room with us, not to say that they were loud its just the sound proof is not good

The exceptional and central location with several restaurants nearby and a metro station just 3 minutes away. The staff were incredibly attentive both at check-in and check-out. I needed to leave the hostel early and they helped me book a taxi; everything went perfectly. What didn't I like? Nothing.

Location is good , main buildings and squares is close from hostel. Room is clean but bathroom is tiny.

Very clean, but small room. Had everything that could be needed. Centrally located, in a busy area, with a huge nightlife. Comfy beds. Nice touch to have a coffee/tea room. The location is great, but the street vibe right there is slightly off. (not to worry though - go a block away in any direction and it is better). Took a very long time to get hot water, but it came! Smallish room.

2. Sparkling clean. 3. Live staff to check you in and out who are very nice and knowledgeable. 1. Wouldn't stretch the 11am checkout until Noon. 2. Small room. 3. Based on other places in Spain we've stayed, the pricing seems very high for what you get. For example, they don't give shampoo--only 2 tiny bars of soap--for $150 US per night.

Cleanliness, quiet, accommodating for hour late check in time and the location. Walking distance to any palace, parks and museums. They could give us shampoo for the shower

It was a very nice place, with a great location and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The streets around are very lively but the windows are well sealed so noise is not a problem to sleep. It was way too expensive for the type of place. At that price I have recently stayed in four star hotels in major European capitals. I was told that the price was not because of the hostel but because of Booking.com There should be questions to evaluate Booking too, not just the hotel. I will stop using booking and look directly for hotel websites in the future.
