We stayed in a private room for 4! Everything went well, our room was clean when we got there and it was cleaned everyday. The beds were comfortable, and they included a small towel per person, which was great for an hostel! Loved that the key cards were bracelets, made everything much easier! The elevator was working just fine when we were there which was a plus, since there were a lot of stairs! The air con was great too! great option if you're staying a few days, and want a cheaper and excelent located place! The bath situation needs serious improvements, the shower is so small you can barely fit inside let alone move. One of the doors was broken so everytime we needed to take a shower water would just sprinkle out leaving a puddle outside. The doors on the shower section and toilet section could also be replaced giving everyone more privacy and sound proofing on those areas. the curtains on the beds also need some maintenance and adding a few more shelfs, hooks and a table would be great!

The location is near the center, the Gran Via street. 10 minutes from the center and metro. Each bed has its own curtain. Met fellow ARMYs. The shower is small.

Just some beds doesn’t have privacy curtains

Each bed has its own light, pillow, blanket and curtains. You also get a small towel. The location was good and the staff were respectful. They let you store your bags for free before check-in. The door to the bathroom is right next to your bed, and it creaks. There was no soap left. Some curtains were missing hangers. There are only two toilets per room.

I have been staying here for few times. The staffs here are very helpful and kind .

The elevator had just broken before i arrived on the first day which was a slight inconvenience, but it was fixed on the second day. Unfortunately the second night wasn't so great due mostly to a group of british girls who got drunk and spent the entire night from 11pm to about 2 or 3am stomping in and out of the room, turning on the lights, talking and yelling at each other, playing music, and a plethora of other annoying things that made getting some sleep pretty difficult. Then from about 7 to 8am three different girls alarms on their phones went off one after the other and didn't turn off for another 10 to 15 minutes each, because nobody turned them off.

The location was really good. We booked for 9 people and had a terrible experience. They gave us bracelets which were supposed to unlock every door including our dorm. Only 4 out of 9 keys were working and we asked for replacements multiple times however they didn’t help us. The worst part of our experience was the bed situation. We were 9 people and the reception was supposed to assign us with bed numbers but they did not do that. The first night was fine, the day after I got woken up in the middle of the night by a man and he said that the receptionist assigned him my bed so I had to move and sleep with my friend in a tiny, uncomfortable bed. The next morning I went to the reception and told them the bed situation. Also, the morning after our phone charger and powerbank was missing. The receptionist denied this and said that a girl slept above us and they don’t have records of a man. On our last night we got back from dinner and there was another person sleeping in my bed. I will ask for a complete refund.

Great location!

The location is pretty much perfect, almost everything is walkable from here. They held my bags before check in and were easy to contact through WhatsApp My curtain didn’t close all the way on the bunk bed. It wasn’t too much of an issue because my room was all girls but had it been shared that would not be ideal.

Quality and location with full privacy and comfortability. Outside noice ?.

The beds are nice. You have a curtain for your bunk, love the privacy. The staff are horrible. Not helpful at all. In fact, they seem bothered by their jobs. A jacket of mine was taken, and when I asked the staff if there was a lost-and-found, or if they could see if it was accidentally taken by a member of staff, they brushed me off. Very rude staff. On top of that, while checking in, they took forever; not because checking in was complicated, they just, again, didn't want to do their job. Not a pleasant experience interacting with them.

I didn't like it at all. It isn't worth the money I paid. I requested a full-size bed, but they gave me two twin beds. I do not recommend this place for couples; it has many rules that make absolutely no sense. The rooms are uncomfortable—it feels like being in a prison—and the mattresses are hard. My experience was horrible; I do not recommend it.
