Great location near Prado, Reina Sofía, and botanical gardens. Stairs from street to front desk can be a challenge with luggage, but you can request help.

The room was lit up at night, because of various sensor lights and the mirrors reflecting them. Bed mattress is too firm for side sleepers.

The hotel staff were super friendly and welcoming, they gave us recommendations for dining, and the room was perfect. Shower was like a spa and the bed was so comfortable! The location was also perfect for exploring Madrid on foot and getting to the major art museums. 10/10 stay!

Amazing location in the heart of the city. Can walk to all of the famous sites. Tons of food nearby. Parking is an option to pay for. Underground lot. Highly recommend. Rooms were beautiful and decoration was amazing. Clean and nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We appreciate the room upgrade and wish we had more time in Madrid!! Would stay here again

Our stay in the hotel was fantastic, primarily due to the staff helpfulness and ability to create super welcoming atmosphere. Also I would highlight hotel's convenient location. We were in close proximity to everything. It made exploring the city and grabbing a bite to eat incredibly easy.

Hilton Atocha is conveniently located close to the Madrid Atocha station. The hotel staff were responsive to our requests before our arrival. We specified our arrival window and also requested that the AC be turned on before our arrival, as Madrid was quite hot during our stay. Check-in was easy. The staff provided us with water. They also accommodated our request to provide a fan and an ironing board. The room (Premium King Suite) was large and featured a sofa bed. The air conditioning worked well, and that was important given the sweltering heat in Madrid during our stay. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast buffet at a reasonable price, as well as an à la carte breakfast menu. Both choices offer delicious food. Additionally, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, and the food quality was excellent. The quality of service is also very exceptional.

The property was well designed, recently and thoughtfully renovated, the room had a small table and fauteuils set apart from the bed which provided a separate space to enjoy a coffee. Shower and bathroom well thought out with spacious sink and latest plumbing features. The staff were helpful and breakfast was also plentiful. The hotel is near the train station and within a 10 min walk to a large square. Very close to Prado. I think that the firm bed could use a new topper.
