The breakfast should have been earlier on the sunday. 8.00 is a bit late

It was stylish, clean and the staff are incredible. Not a complaint but if the breakfast buffet restaurant is open in the evening, it would be nice.

The room was so nice, the balcony window was beautiful and the bathroom was completely separate From the sleeping area and had a large shower, soak tub and was just very nicely designed. The location was great, quiet but 10 minute walk to more lovely areas and 2 minute walks to lots of food options. The metro was less than 5 minutes walk away as well. The hotel has great amenities as well, water in the room, steamer, hairdryer, conditioner and lotions as well as toiletries you might need while traveling. Cold fruit infused water was available daily and little snacks as well. I can't say enough good things, loved this property and the staff that keep things in order! Nothing

Great location walking distance from some of the best areas Room was really warm although it was almost 40 degrees in Madrid so not the fault of the staff

The place is nice. Great location. Room had nice amenities. Staff were friendly. Room smelled strongly of tobacco. Very off putting. I wouldn't return for that reason alone.

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly and it has a good breakfast. On the day we arrived, we were only able to check in around 6 PM because their system was down, and there wasn't even an apology. Furthermore, the room smelled musty and there was some dust and hair in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, just a stone's throw away from the charming Chamberi district. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very well equipped. The provision of deep pile bathrobes was an added bonus. There was nothing I did not like.
