Really impressed. Spotless clean. Fabulous food and drinks. Lovely pool. Nothing. Everything great

Very nice room, clean and spacious. The bathroom was nicely done and very clean. The lobby and pool area are all looking very nice, just as the photos. It's close to the train station, so transport from airport was very fast and didn't cost much, and there was no issue with noise from the trains. The bar on top is awesome, looks great, good drinks, excellent attitude regarding whiskey. Breakfast was "only" OK, I would rank it as average hotel breakfast. Given our schedule, we had to have lunch and dinner at the hotel. The food was good / OK, given that it's a hotel lobby restaurant, I can understand that the price point is little higher than what you would get if you buy the same thing elsewhere. In conclusion the food is OK, but for the level of "OK-ness" it has a higher price tag.

The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The food at the bar/restaurant was very good and affordable. The location was amazing, right next to a major train station and centrally located within the city limits.

Spacious family room - Breakfast was only available till 10:30. - I was ordering for a family of 6, but the chef was a bit rude to us, so we had to have the same order just to avoid needless argument. - Check-in process was really long (lots of required signatures from me/my wife/ my son). - They insisted to have my credit card number and expiry date (for guarantee), and didn't accept Apple Pay, which is risky and outdated procedure to have credit card details stored in the system, so they took 50 Euros/Day cash. I have checked to 100s of hotels around the world and this is no longer required! - No staff was available to assist with the luggage.

Beautiful room. Clean, spacious, great temperature control - everything! I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.

Comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom, comfortable lounging space, excellent breakfast. Short walk from Chamartin train station from where we had a train the following day. There was a strong perfume everywhere. Not a lot of places to eat and about half an hour from touristic spots.
