Good location! Really near to gran via and metro station. The bathroom was clean and the rooms too. The place is well decorated and clean Maybe a bit confusing to locate itself in the street but not a problem at all

The location was very central Everything about the stay was terrible, didnt look much like the pictures unhygenic and many bad experiences with staff and facilities. The locks failed one night whereas a homeless man went into the bulding and proceeded to stay overnight in a shower in the hostel. We have seen the staff prepare the beds for the next guest without changing the sheets and experienced that the staff threw our food out from the fridge in the specified areas marked for our room. Furthermore there is not any staff present at the hostel a large majority of the time. The street it was on was nesrby central Madrid but was unhygenic to the point where we have seen homeless people both peeing and deficating around the hostel Overall bad experience in the hostel would not reccomend and definetely will not return.

I really like the location but there are people who pee in the street or there is the hostel so there are always smells The food bowl is damaged

The place is in the city center. The place is unmarked in the street where you will see a lot of people peeing. Everything was very dirty, both in the common areas and in the room. When I walked in I wasn't sure if the bed had actually been cleaned. It was untidy. The walls around and the bed frame were very dirty. There was a heater in the room, but it wasn't working. It was -3°C outside! Luckily I had a sleeping bag with me. I wrote two requests before arriving and nobody answered me. Inhospitable place. If I was in the kitchen the cameras followed me. I felt like I was in prison. The toilets are very cramped.

Clean, well localizes and comfortable I had a terrible experiencie with a couple who didn’t stop to talk the whole night waking up the whole room however the manager in the morning faced the problem and solved therefore my night wasn’t the best but I felt good when I saw the manager taking care of the situation

Location: it's close to Gran Via. But, the streets are dirty and full of sex workers. Dirty streets and full of sex workers. There was no window at the room. Very bad.
