Modern and clean. Excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants Nothing

Cerca al metro. Adicional hay un parque cerca y tiendas como farmacias u restaurantes. El edificio muy limpio y no se escuchaba ruido. Las camas son un poco blandas para mi gusto.

Very quiet and clean room Nothing

Excellent location with lots of restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby. There is even a big park 5 minutes away. There is also a metro station 5 minutes away but we didn’t need to use it this time. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Nothing. It offered everything we needed for a one night’s rest before flying back home the next day.

It was a clean, beautiful room with the loveliest staff. The location is excellent. I loved everything.

Very clean and everybody very kind

This place exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spotless, nicely decorated, the entire hotel smells amazing. The breakfast options were lovely as well. Had a great time at this hotel, would definitely recommend.

Breakfast lacked variety , the coffee tastes bad as well. First day there was some empty strawberry jam on the counter , i asked for a refill she brought a refill of apricot jam.

Not applicable Hotel meet all of my needs

The DWO Hotel in Madrid is perfectly located 15 minutes outside the city center by subway. The station, Suanzes, is only a 5-minute walk. The airport is another 15-minute Uber ride in the opposite direction. It is in a quiet neighborhood that seemed in no way to be unsafe. We enjoyed all aspects of this tidy little hotel from the super-nice staff to the well-appointed room. No problems to report.

The property is in a great centralized location with easy access to the metro ? station and access to all parts of the city. The hotel ? is boutique style, very clean, and the staff is very attentive and super-friendly! The room was a bit hot when I arrived but Patricia and Enrique were wonderful and attended to the matter right away. I was a bit jet-lagged so hopefully I wasn’t too disagreeable. ?‍?

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the place was very clean, and it was close to the metro station. I was expecting a buffet breakfast with a wider variety of items, but that wasn't the case. That said, the breakfast included everything one would need for a normal breakfast and was generally of good quality.

The location is near a metro station Suanzes. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Bathroom was fine. All looked new there. The price for my room was good. I arrived in this hotel the day the national power blackout hit and the personnel was not very supportive, totally lost I would say. I can understand it though, cause nobody knew what was going on and how to act in such situation. I'm also not a fan of twin beds and there was no other option.

The room was comfortable , it has everything for a short stay. The location is in an industrial area, which is not so good as when you leave the hotel it is not a pretty area if it makes sense

We’ll return very soon because we truly appreciate how comfortable the bedroom is and how wonderful the staff has been. The location, close to the metro, makes everything even better.
