The facilities and location are unsurpassed!! I loved the jacuzzi on the rooftop. I would like to have more privacy with a curtain in the bed.

The good thing about this hotel is the location. Its near to every important attractions, restaurants, metro and everything else. Definitely we will visit again Madrid and stay in this hotel. It fits to our budget, clean and the atmosphere is great for younger folks and but also good for family with kids. I can't think of anything that is bad. I'm not expecting premium services either since its a hotel/hostels type of accommodation.

Location was good. There were teens knocking on mine and everyone else’s door on our floor throughout the night. We complained 3 times and staff did not handle. Issue continued throughout the night.

Good location, great value for price. Rooftop terrace with jacuzzi surprised me It was too cold in the room, to turn down AC we had to go down to reception

It was a great location and had a rooftop terrace. The dorm room was very dirty and could be cleaned better. The toilet paper wasn’t restocked. There are also few chill-out areas.
