The staff were very friendly, and the service was great. Also, the location was excellent. Our room faced an interior courtyard on a low floor. Natural light was limited, and there were no views of the city/nieghborhood. It would have been better on an outward-facing upper floor.

Perfect option for a family as this room is basically two adjacent rooms together, each with its comfy bed and bathroom. I also loved the little terrace.

I don't even know where to begin. This is a historic property (given we're Filipino) that offers impeccable services, amenities, location, and attention to detail. We stayed in the premium room with windows/balconies overlooking calle de echegarray. The bathroom was fantastic! The location in the las letras neighborhood was perfectly central to a ton of the points of interest. The staff, especially the small touches that they added (welcome cake, turn down service, birthday cake for my dad on our 3rd night, constant water refills) to the gym (free OJ, water, reusable headphones, fruits), to the spa, to the very comfortable lobby where we viewed the FIFA final. Everything about this property was hands down perfect! The service that the hotel and its staff provides is extremely exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I wish we had an extended stay in Madrid as the hotel really added a lot to our first time visit to the colorful Spanish city! absolutely nothing

Good locations. Friendly staff. I found coffee machine in the room that hasn’t cleaned up for weeks as there was water sitting in the machine smelling bad and ‘cloudy’. In the end, I had to come down to lobby to have a coffee.

Centrally located. We could walk to all our chosen restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. We had to pay for bottled water in our room. The restaurant could not cater for a nut allergy.

Location was amazing down a small street just off Santa Ana plaza. We had a balcony street view which was lovely ☺️ Breakfast was lovely: I had scrambled eggs freshly cooked and smoked salmon. There was fresh fruit and yoghurt . Other half had a full cooked breakfast. Then a crêpe . Nothing to complain of really. There was a bit of noise from the street refuse collections which seems to be middle of the night, so earplugs would be a good idea .
