Hostal location and reception Towels did not change for 2 days

The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is upscale in the heart of historic Madrid.

The property is conveniently located close to the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows ensured a great night's sleep. The split air conditioning worked exceptionally well—it provided the best cooling we experienced during our entire trip to Spain. The room also had a refrigerator and all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is a supermarket conveniently located just below the building, which was very handy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. There are a few stairs to climb before reaching the property, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The lift is shared with another hotel and other establishments in the building, so it was often crowded and involved some waiting. The receptionist was polite but came across as rather cold and wasn't particularly welcoming. Breakfast, served at the adjacent restaurant, was adequate but fairly average.

Location was good. The breakfast was excellent. The room window was to a wall with no fresh air. The air conditioning worked but the room was too warm not coming below 17 degrees
-
Parking, every time you want to take the car out of the garage you have to go to the second floor to main lobby and return the keys.
-
It was very close to all the main sight seeing! It was clean, the staff was nice, and it was a great price! It was slightly hard to find.
-
Location , very flexible in holding our luggage before and after check in Rooms a little small but we only slept so not a big deal.
-
The night receptionist was very good solving-problem and simpatic, the room was clean and cozy, like it a lot. Defenetly a place to come back again!

Great location to cafes, restaurants, Mayor Square, grocery stores, Flamenco Show, etc. walkable to many places. Modern renovated room. Building entrance and lobby needs renovating. Street is also in transition.

Location is great, close to many landmarks, restaurants, shops and cafés. The room was comfortable. The elevator takes long so we used the stairs, but that’s no so comfortable when you have luggage. The guy in the front desk was not as nice as we would’ve expected.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the local area. Location was central to what Madrid has to offer.
