They should specify this room is for smokers because it stinks to cigarette smoke, the room was not exactly clean when we arrived it looked like they cleaned it in a rush. there were cigarette butts underneath the bed the blankets still had some human hair in them

Location Worse place I have ever stayed. Not only was the staff rude and disrespectful, but the place was filthy and disgusting! What kind of hostel does not provide toiletries of any kind and leaves less than 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper? The shower did not drain and the A/C dripped water all night long! In my book I would give it an F- rating!!

Starting with a very reasonable price, the best feature of Hostal Los Perales is its location. Several major attractions and neighborhoods are just a few minute’s walk. There are two or three different metro stations serving different lines within a few minutes walk. The bilingual staff is available by telephone or WhatsApp and can usually resolve any issues quickly.

Location The WiFi in the Room 102 was Patchy, there was plumbing problem owing to which the toilet flush was on continuously throughout our stay, I felt so bad for the water wastage The price was €350+ for 2 nights so I expected a lot better quality

I don't like at all. so tiny room and bathroom etc. so tiny the room and bathroom too all and towell and sheets and pillow so old poor.

I loved that it was a private full equipped room, with AC, bathroom and a big bed, also that it is well located and has codes to open the doors I hated that there was a little bump and the bathroom was in a slightly different level than the room, I hit my feet with that and therefore hit my knee on the wall, it was pretty bad and it is still hurting after a few days. Also, the codes to open doors said "Double A" and the pin pad had no letters so I just opened by trying several times but still don't know how it worked.

We were afraid because of the comments but it was good! Clean beds, clean toilets.

Location Entrance code did work properly. Bed was weak with the legs broke. Bathroom with a bad smell (pipes). Rooms with no sound proof. You could here the other rooms.
