Everything was good!
-
Location, staff was friendly ( they spoke Spanish, but we did translate our conversations) , price, they let us leave our bags before checking in so we didn’t have to carry them around. Breakfast could have been better.

The place was in the city center, close to everything and the staff were amazing!!
-
It location The shower was sorry. We found hair on the shower and we had to clean it

Staff was nice, room and facilities were clean and tidy. The air conditioning was central, so it was quite cold in the room and the air con holes were right on top of the bed causing a draft. No possibility to move the bed in the tiny room which was otherwise enough for my purposes. I also couldn't find anyone to leave the key to checking out and they did not reply to my messages. Overall I was happy but got a cough

Location was perfect and it was clean. When I arrived I waited a lot in front of the door but nobody opened it. I wasn't sure if it was the right place. Then I saw a number on the door I called it. After that someone came and opened the door.

Great location. Breakfast was included! Airco. Friendly staff. Nothing much. Well, the fact that they had airco was great, but it was set automatically: a bit chilly in the room!

It is central, was very quiet, basic breakfast included (eggs, cakes, cereal, toast, coffee but no tea). Lift. Friendly staff. Close to several metro stations. An extension lead in the room so you can plug in several devices. Room was clean and light. It is not clear in the description that this is a large student halls of residence. It is like a labyrinth. Nor did I understand at the time of booking that the bathroom is shared. In the end I had a bathroom right outside my room and no one else was using it. It was however rather old and tatty and not very clean. I had to request towels and toiletries as there weren't any in the room. The room was very basic. Typical student room with IKEA furniture. I specifically wanted air conditioning as I knew there was a heatwave. The air con is central not individual so I could not lower the temperature. It was fairly cool but I had to use my handheld fan also. The bed has a quilt without a sheet so too hot with the quilt and not comfortable with no cover. However I would probably stay again due to the location and price (40€ a night).
