Nada, fue todo desastroso y no volvería, aunque las camas eran cómodas, no compensa el mal servicio ofrecido. Fueron todo mentiras y mal trato desde el primer momento: no firmamos un contrato, no nos pidieron el dinero de la fianza, no había personal físico las 24h como prometían, cambiaron el código de la puerta y no nos avisaron y, cuando llamé para pedírselo, nadie cogía el teléfono ni había personal en el hostal. Tuvimos que aporrear la puerta hasta que unas huéspedes nos abrieron y facilitaron el nuevo código. Al pedir la hoja de reclamación, no la facilitaton y tuve que llamar por ello a la policía. Fue un cachondeo continuo lleno de mentiras y negligencias.

Clean, tidy, good facilities, felt secure, good value for money

The check in is easy , and all process can be doing by WhatsApp. The capsules is okay, not really confortabels but enough for fews nights. The bathroom is soo small, we don’t have space to move in, or place to put your things. There are just two showers in the first floors without minimal privacy. And, the clean is doing one time per day.

Cumple con su función de ser un espacio barato y accesible, no esperes demasiado si buscas comodidad o espacios amplios, es todo pequeño y escucharás de todo. En mi caso se hospedaron una pareja, no sé si eran de India o Pakistán, pero olían terrible y toda la habitación apestaba. Tuvimos que quejarnos con una chica de limpieza y tuvo que subir a ventilar y limpiar. Si tienes algún vecino que huela mal, los aires de las capsulas lo van a absorber y va a oler horrible. Los baños son limpios, pero no son muy privados y puede pasarte como a mí que había una pareja teniendo relaciones muy de noche y yo me estaba alistando para salir al aeropuerto. Claro que es cuestión de suerte, eso que comento no es culpa del Hostal, pero ten en cuenta que, al ser un espacio barato, puede que te consigas personas que abusan un poco y no cuidan el lugar.

Everything was fine for one night

i arrived in madrid at 4am because my flight was delayed, the host at first refused to let me check in by telling me the checking period has “passed” even though i informed them via booking that i will land late in Madrid and he assured that there there was no problem, he then redirected me via whatsapp to go check out at one of their “other” hotels at 4am, all of this happened with me standing with my bags outside the hotel door at 4am, it was by sheer luck that i crossed an employee coming into the hotel and they opened the door door for me, and after i insisted that he eventually got me into my capsule, so i don’t know why he refused in the first place, the owner or whoever that was later deleted the messages and send me welcoming messages like everything was normal.

The capsule are very cold and I can’t imagine how it is during winter, my stay was not that great, the shower is very small, being a mixed accommodation it’s hard for women when you need to shower and there’s not a space for your clothes.

The mattress, almost nothing

No air to breath, and if you try to open the window, there's so much noise outside. Bedsheets and towels are really tired. The capsules are so flimsy and no sound insulation at all.

Good location, close to metro, bars and cafes. Terrible customer service (non existent) everything is done remotely. The police came within 15 minutes after checkout, appointment a couple was having sex (turns out these capsules are often rented for people just to have sex) apparently the couple was kicked out for having loud sex and they called the police because they wanted a refund and management wasn't responding. Definitely not a good first impression. The beds are uncomfortable and they make a lot of noise. The cleaning lady is rude. The kitchen has zero cooking utensils, no pans, no pots, it's just a kettle and a microwave. I was just there for 2 nights so it was just a place to sleep but if you plan on relaxing and getting some actual rest go somewhere else. The cleaning lady walks around telling people what to do as if she owns the place, but she's probably a illegal allien.

Smells liek cheap plastic all night long. Cold af. Wet bed sheets. Terrible experience

The showers and toilets are fairly clean. The check-in could have been sent before we were standing outside in the rain to get a response. The people are not respectful at all. Is really noisy inside the capsule, not worth it for more than 2 nights, you're not going to sleep properly.

I was looking for a place in the proximity of Palacio Vistalegre and this one fit perfectly. The capsule was an interesting experience because it provides a bit more privacy than the typical bunkbeds in hostels. The check in / check out process is quite straightforward and easy. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The capsules make a noise when they unlock so every time someone had to use the bathroom there was a beeping sound - that and people talking loudly, but that's not the hostel's fault.

The bread in the refrigerator was stolen. It is not the hostel’s fault but you should be careful
