Everything was fine at this place. People were very friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic especially if visiting the Prado Museum is on your agenda. My husband and I arrived late due to a delayed flight, the night desk person was very nice and helped us find food before everything closed for the evening.

No Wifi in my room - I had to go down to the lobby to get Wifi connection

Excellent location right opposite Prado. One of the greatest drawbacks was the fact that some of the staff at reception did not speak English very well or very rudimentarily. This created some rather unnecessary embarrassment. Another issue was the very patchy Wi-Fi availability. It constantly cut off while in the middle of an Internet call. Anybody trying to achieve some work on their computer using Wi-Fi would have difficulty doing so in this hotel. The Wi-Fi needs to be improved desperately. While the rooms were perfectly clean, the bathroom was quite large, they were quite Spartan and to be honest the cost of a room far exceeded what would be expected for this type of room normally. But then this is central Madrid.

Need to have bottled water (now it's in some strange receptacles and tastes not so good) and small knitting set would be nice to have

Location was very closed to art walk museums! It was a pricey stay and and for the fee you pay, you expect more!
-
The hotel is not well insulated so you hear all the sounds from neighboring rooms from every direction. Had trouble sleeping because of someone's exceptionally loud snoring.

Excellent location for visiting the main art museums. Modern hotel - good size room and bathroom with good facilities. Kettle in room for tea/coffee. Easy to use safe. Good breakfast for which we paid extra. Although there were real glasses in the bathroom, it was disppointing that only paper cups were provided in the bedroom.
