I was a little bit noisy in my room I think I was close to the laundry room beside that everything was good the staff was very nice The noise that was coming from upstairs

Honestly Ive stayed in many hotels around the world.. but this hotel was a different vibe. From the moment my wife and i walked in .. we felt extremely welcomed. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Madrid

- cant think of any hotel more centrally located in Madrid, hotel is next to Plaza Cibeles. We booked it on the night of the Worldcup final and witnessed all the celebrations, unfortunately had to go to bed not too late, as we were traveling next day. We were upgraded to an apartment, thank you very much for this NH!. We always book NH hotels, its our favourite brand, breakfasts are also amazing with great variety! cant think of nothing specific, probably the only thing a bit inconvenient is parking in center, you need to walk 7-8minutes to a underground parking, unless you use option from hotel for circa 40eur/night (which we did not). Both ways, price per overnight parking almost matches the day rent of the vehicle, so its crazy...

Great location, nice rooftop bar, parking, super friendly and helpful staff. The walls / floors are very thin, so I heard other guests during the night, coming, going, taking a shower etc.

Basically everything, the location, the clearness, the room facing the courtyard (it was very quiet!!) the staff! I think the hotel can improve the breakfast options for people (who don’t eat meat and gluten) and quality (for instance, the coffee)
