Room was big with an AC unit. Perfect location close to everything but not loud at night. Would recommend to other solo female travelers

Absolutely adorable room! Very clean, orderly and charming! The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful with it being our honeymoon! The only thing we didn't like was the weaker air conditioning unit in the room. Granted, this was during 100°F days, so I understand why it seemed weaker on those days.

The property was very close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating. Everything was acceptable.

The view the location, the spacious space with high ceilings A few things did not work well or at all: Television with no signal. Super slow internet.

It’s beautiful, well located, and spacious. But what matters most is the hosting staff. Our toddler (21 months) suddenly became very sick. This staff helped us call an ambulance and effectively relay everything. We received great care for our belongs while we tended our toddler. We could not ask for better support. We thank this property and highly recommend them. Everything was great.

Location is excellent. The apartment was old and not clean, terrible mattress and pillows on the bed, impossible to sleep and having back pain in the morning. The squeaky flow was working like an alarm. The original old antique furniture were so uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were so pure of quality.

Our little apartment was totally charming and comfortable. There was red wine, sparkling wine, coffee and sweets waiting for us. The location was dreamy. It was across from the Royal Palace and park and near the Opera Metro stop. Many, many shops and restaurants nearby. Loved, loved loved it!!!! Nothing.

I loved that it was close to the Madrid Palace as it was easier for me to go to my booked tour and I was on time N/A

Not as advertised.. Very Small room, exterior window overlooked several a/c units...not a courtyard! Narrow hallways. No exit strategy posted in case of fire. Requested a wakeup call...did not receive.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from shops and food. Room was great with very clean bathroom and roomy kitchen. WiFi didn’t work half of the time.

The location could not be better! Very clean and all staff very polite. We had no breakfast in the property. Our room with view to the gardens was excellent, very spacious bathroom.
