The staff was the kindest and most helpful and caring. The pool and terrace are very nice. Great location close to the beach and stores. A bit of a walk from the bus stop hard to do with luggage

room size was good, was clean, had a kitchen. location very walkable to the beach and restaurants. not a very safe area at night. Air conditioner didn't work. two very unconfortable nights above 30C. Seems like a longstanding problem bc they had many fans to hand out, but not enough outlets. To their credit they did offer to change rooms for the second night; but family didn't want to split up and move everything. Got the run around for a discount.

All the utilities available were insane!!! I really felt like home!!! I absolutely love this place!! The people were super nice, they accommodated any request I had, of course, nothing crazy. The breakfast was also incredible, super good quality products!!! Not applicable :)

A lovely little room with a balcony with a nice view of the mountains. Lidl was a short walk away and there are cooking facilities in the room, which was excellent for me as I'm vegan and struggled to find places to eat out. The beach was a short walk away and the buses are very accessible, with the closest bus stop being on the main road just outside the hotel. You can get virtually anywhere in Marseille using the bus and metro services. The staff in the hotel were always very friendly too and they offer a breakfast service as well. We didn't use the little pool but it looked very nice. We had a few food and hygiene items left at the end of our stay which we were unable to take with us which they were happy to take off our hands, to avoid them going to waste. Only complaint I can make is that the shower had a bit of a nasty drain smell!

The hotel was in a nice location, in walking distance to the beach,restaurants and public transportation. The staff was very nice and polite. We traveled as a family and really enjoyed. The only thing, I wish they had a smart TV in the room. Definitely recommend

Walking distance from Stadiums and beach, clean and comfortable. Staff nice and helpful, parking is a blessing. Good value-for-money. Maintenance of the rooms and building is overdue. No grocery shop nearby.
