Old and outdated furniture, limited access to things, old AC, scratched walls and furniture. Needs renovations and feels like the 80s. Other hotels in the area are much better maintained.

The gentleman working at the desk at night was extremely helpful and professional. However , my sheets had magic marker on them , old Bobbi pins were found on the floor and 1 bar of soap was skimpy. I will not return to this hotel .

Poorly maintained property. Old furniture, small tv, dirty carpet. You would expect that with a brand name of Wyndham the place would be a comfortable place to stay?

Nice place to stay, beds are comfy. Pools clean, breakfast is ok. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is great especially if you’re going to Kings Island so close you can see the fireworks from this location.

This hotel was clean, front desk was helpful, my drivers license was lost without me even noticing, and they slid it up underneath my the next morning. They were nice, and I think they did the best of their ability to the amount of resources tools they had. But they were definitely understaffed and sometimes it was a one person show. The breakfast area was not big enough for the amount of people that were booked. They definitely could use a lot of upgrades, more appliances, and more food to go around for everyone. This place is definitely not the type of hotel with the accommodations that I am used to, but it is a clean place to stay and lay your head for a couple of days if needed.

Rooms were very humid and smelled of animal urine. Breakfast was very disappointing.

The rooms are outdated the TVs, bathrooms and furniture is from the 1970s.

The bed was very comfortable. The sheets and towels were very soft and clean. The room, furnishings, carpet were extremely outdated and not nice.

Close to Cincinnati Open venue Seems old and run down. The room was very musty and furnitures outdated and broken.

This was a good budget option in the area, close to many things including King’s Island.
